RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Sale items cannot be returned nor exchanged, except in the case of manufacturing defects or hidden flaws.

How to make a return?


You have 14 days to return one or more items: your refund will be made upon receipt and inspection of the items!
 


(1) PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE:
 Place the items to be returned in their original packaging or in a normal envelope. We kindly ask that you ensure the tablecloth is not stained and is as neatly folded as when you received it.

Also, please include your name inside the envelope.

(2) GO TO MONDIAL RELAY:

Returns are at your expense but to minimize costs, if you live in one of the following countries, you can return the package via Mondial Relay: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Austria.

Drop off your package at the nearest Mondial Relay point.

(3) OTHERWISE, YOU CAN CHOOSE LA POSTE:

If you were delivered in Metropolitan France — Returns are at your expense unless it is our mistake or there is a defect. To limit costs, you can send the envelope without acknowledgment of receipt. Don't forget to keep your proof of deposit/receipt!

If you were delivered abroad — Returns are also at your expense.

Upon receipt, we will send you the exchange or refund according to your decision.

Is an exchange possible?

Yes, there is no problem for an exchange. Send us an email at contact@fleurdesoleil.fr with your order number and which product you want to receive. Send us the product back via La Poste and upon receipt of your return, our workshop will send you your new order. The shipping costs will remain your responsibility.

 

To avoid this inconvenience, feel free to order our samples before placing an order. You can request up to 3 samples by writing to contact@fleurdesoleil.fr

I returned an item: when will I be refunded?

Your refund will be made upon receipt of your package and inspection of the items. We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible!
